Lishi’s Farm began as a small, farmer-led initiative — started by a single farm with a simple belief: good fruits should be grown responsibly, ripened naturally, and delivered fresh without misleading claims.
Our pomegranates are naturally ripened on the plant and harvested only at the right stage of maturity. We do not use artificial ripening methods, allowing the fruit to develop its natural taste, colour, and quality.
In our fields, we focus on natural, plant-based and biological inputs, soil health, and balanced nutrition to support healthy crop growth. Where chemical inputs are unavoidable, they are used minimally, responsibly, and only when required, following recommended agricultural practices.
Pomegranate is a high-risk and sensitive crop. Growing it entirely under strict organic conditions is extremely challenging and difficult to sustain commercially due to pest pressure, disease cycles, climate variation, and yield stability.
Instead of chasing labels, we follow a practical and transparent farming approach that protects crop health, farmer livelihoods, and fruit quality.
As we stayed consistent with disciplined farming and honest handling, trust grew. Over time, like-minded farmers joined us — farmers who practice the best agricultural methods, respect natural growing and ripening cycles, and prioritise quality over shortcuts.
